What budget for a sustainable outdoor kitchen?

Should I cover my outdoor kitchen in winter?
Our materials are designed for winter, but we recommend custom-made covers for appliances to facilitate spring cleaning.
Do glass curtains really protect against wind and rain?
Yes, they significantly reduce the impact wind and rain, especially if the configuration includes good joints / overlaps and correct bottom management (weir/rail/drainage as appropriate).
Please note: this is not a “watertight window” like a house facade - the level of protection varies according to the system and installation.
What type of BBQ can be built in?
Almost all high-end models (Napoleon, Weber, Lynx). We adjust countertop cut-outs to the nearest millimeter to suit your preferred model.
